Our Sunset Garden Villas provide comfortable accommodation for up to four people in an ambience carefully arranged to complement the Mediterranean environment.

If your idea of a holiday is breakfast on the terrace, relaxation in the pool and a barbecue in good company with a glass of wine and view of the sunset, these villas are the best choice for you. If you don’t feel like cooking, you have additional possibility of booking a half-board service in Fonte restaurant and bar. The Tuna Bay restaurant is also near the village, offering modern Mediterranean dishes and tuna specialities.

  • A bank card is required as a reservation guarantee.
  • Your bank card will be charged for the first night 30 days before arrival as a reservation guarantee. If the booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period, the charged amount will be refunded.
  • Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
  • For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we will retain the charged amount.
  • If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
  • In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
  • Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.
  • We reserve the right to change prices if, after concluding the Booking Agreement, there is a change in the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate greater than 110 compared to September 2025, calculated according to EUROSTAT. We can implement the price correction no later than one month before the date of arrival, which we will inform you about by email or in another appropriate way. You need to inform us whether you accept the new price calculation of services or reject this calculation within 8 days, whereby the Booking Agreement will be considered terminated without any obligations on your part. In the event of Agreement termination, we are limited to a refund up to the amount of the advance payment received based on the Booking Agreement. Valid from January 1, 2026. For bookings in 2027, the clause regarding price changes will refer to a comparison with the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate in March 2026.
