Lungomare chalets is intended for couples, and includes a bedroom with double bed, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious terrace with outdoor seating, sun loungers, sun umbrella and barbecue from which you can watch the sea and romantic sunsets.

Lungomare Home offers two bedrooms, a living room with convertible couch, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious terrace with outdoor seating, sun loungers, sun umbrella and barbecue for perfect summer relaxation and get-togethers.

Spacious Lungomare Home for 6+2 has three bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa, two bathrooms, and a spacious terrace with outdoor seating set and sun loungers. Thanks to its size of 38 m2, it offers comfortable accommodation for six people. Here, you’ll find enough space and great options for a memorable family holiday.

STANDARD RATE

  • A bank card is required as a reservation guarantee.
  • Your bank card can be pre-authorised 21 days before arrival for the amount of the first night stay.
  • Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
  • Within the cancellation period, we can charge your bank card for the amount of the first night stay per accommodation unit.
  • For cancellations made after the cancellation period, the amount charged will not be refunded.
  • If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
  • In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
  • Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.
  • We reserve the right to change prices if, after concluding the Booking Agreement, there is a change in the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate greater than 110 compared to September 2024, calculated according to EUROSTAT. We can implement the price correction no later than one month before the date of arrival, which we will inform you about by email or in another appropriate way. You need to inform us whether you accept the new price calculation of services or reject this calculation within 8 days, whereby the Booking Agreement will be considered terminated without any obligations on your part. In the event of Agreement termination, we are limited to a refund up to the amount of the advance payment received based on the Booking Agreement. Valid from January 1, 2025. For bookings in 2026, the clause regarding price changes will refer to a comparison with the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate in March 2025.
