STANDARD RATE

  • Residence tax is not included in the price and is payable at the campsite reception.
  • A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
  • Deposit
    A deposit of € 100 is required for all pitch bookings and will be charged to your bank card within 7 days of making the reservation. If the price of the booked stay is under € 100, it is necessary to make a deposit in the amount of the price of the booked stay. If a specific pitch number is reserved, a pitch number reservation fee is charged instead of the deposit, ranging from € 100 to € 300, depending on the pitch category. The deposit or pitch number fee is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Advance Payment
    Your bank card will be charged for 30% of the total reservation amount 7 days before your arrival. If the booking is cancelled within the cancellation period (up to 7 days before your arrival), the charged amount will be refunded. The remaining balance is paid at the campsite reception upon arrival.
  • Cancellations
    In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, we will retain either the deposit (€ 100) or the pitch number fee (depending on the type of pitch), as well as 30% of the total reservation amount. If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy. For existing pre-bookings or reservations for the following year, the advance payment can also be made at the campsite reception.
