STANDARD RATE

  • Residence tax is not included in the price and is payable at the campsite reception.
  • A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
  • Deposit
    A deposit of € 100 is required for all pitch bookings and will be charged to your bank card within 7 days of making the reservation. If the price of the booked stay is under € 100, it is necessary to make a deposit in the amount of the price of the booked stay. If a specific pitch number is reserved, a pitch number reservation fee is charged instead of the deposit, ranging from € 100 to € 300, depending on the pitch category.     In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, we will retain either the deposit (€ 100) or the pitch number fee (depending on the type of pitch), as well as 30% of the total reservation amount. If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy. In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, your bank card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. For existing pre-bookings or reservations for the following year, the advance payment can also be made at the campsite reception.
  • Security notice: Valamar will never ask for your card number, PIN or CVV/CVC code via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber or social media.
  • We reserve the right to change prices if, after concluding the Booking Agreement, there is a change in the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate greater than 110 compared to September 2025, calculated according to EUROSTAT. We can implement the price correction no later than one month before the date of arrival, which we will inform you about by email or in another appropriate way.
