  • For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we will retain the charged amount.
  • If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.

  • Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
  • Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.

We can implement the price correction no later than one month before the date of arrival, which we will inform you about by email or in another appropriate way. You need to inform us whether you accept the new price calculation of services or reject this calculation within 8 days, whereby the Booking Agreement will be considered terminated without any obligations on your part. In the event of Agreement termination, we are limited to a refund up to the amount of the advance payment received based on the Booking Agreement. Valid from January 1, 2026.
