  • You will be informed if your credit card is declined for preauthorisation. In case we cannot charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled.
  • For late cancellation of reservations, your card will be charged in the amount of your first night's stay per accommodation unit.
  • In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
  • In case of a premature departure, additional payment in the full amount of booking.
  • In the case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival, the amount charged to your card will be refunded. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.

In the event of Agreement termination, we are limited to a refund up to the amount of the advance payment received based on the Booking Agreement. Valid from January 1, 2025. For bookings in 2026, the clause regarding price changes will refer to a comparison with the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate in March 2025.
