  • Residence tax is not included in the price and is payable at the campsite reception.

  • Deposit

If the price of the booked stay is under € 100, it is necessary to make a deposit in the amount of the price of the booked stay.   • Advance Payment
    Your bank card will be charged for 30% of the total reservation amount 7 days before your arrival. If the booking is cancelled within the cancellation period (up to 7 days before your arrival), the charged amount will be refunded. The remaining balance is paid at the campsite reception upon arrival.
  • Cancellations
    In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, we will retain either the deposit (€ 100) or the pitch number fee (depending on the type of pitch), as well as 30% of the total reservation amount. If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy. In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, your bank card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. For existing pre-bookings or reservations for the following year, the advance payment can also be made at the campsite reception.
  • We reserve the right to change prices if, after concluding the Booking Agreement, there is a change in the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate greater than 110 compared to September 2024, calculated according to EUROSTAT.
